Pooky started because every gift shop felt the same.

You know the ones — the same scented candles, the same "Live Laugh Love"
mugs, the same thing wrapped in tissue paper that ends up in a drawer
and eventually gets regifted to someone you don't like. We refused to
build one of those.

We're a small design and 3D printing studio based in Ahmedabad, India.
We design objects that have personality — that make the person receiving
them say "wait, where did you find this?" And we print every single one
ourselves, in our workshop, on our Bambu Lab printers.

why 3D printing?

Because it lets us make things that don't exist anywhere else.

Not dropshipping something from an overseas warehouse. Not ordering
1,000 units from a manufacturer who's printing the same thing for
50 other brands. We design in Ahmedabad. We print in Ahmedabad.
We pack in Ahmedabad. When something doesn't turn out right, we
reprint it before it ships.

That's the whole deal. Small batch, actual quality control, and
products we'd actually put in our own homes. (Some of them are
literally in our homes. Quality testing is real.)

what does "pooky" mean?

Honestly? It means nothing and everything.

It's the energy of someone who finds the perfect random gift, the
friend who always knows exactly what to get you for your birthday,
the vibe of an object that makes you smile every time you look at it.
Pooky is that feeling.

It's also just a fun word to say. We're not overthinking it.

Every piece that ships from our workshop is printed, checked, and
packed by us. If something arrives damaged or wrong, DM us on
Instagram. We'll fix it. No corporate escalation process, no
"please allow 7-10 business days for a response."

We're real people in Ahmedabad who genuinely give a shit about
making good objects. That's the whole thing.
